Here are a couple pics of what happened Sunday, Monday and Tuesday here in Sunny ARID-ZONA. Snowed, then cleared and has been down right cold now. The
thermometer has been riding every morning at 7:30 when I get up just about like the one in the pic ever since Tuesday morning!!!!!

Bill to make the link work you need to hilight the text you want to have the link applied to then click the box that says "Insert Hyperlink" when you
place your cursor over it. Another box pops open and you enter the URL in that box.

Okay, lets try this. I sent Sarch an email with the album on it through Kodak. At the bottom was a link to use if you aren't able to see the photos.
Here's that link.
http://www.kodakgallery.com/I.jsp?c=iaycf46.11satuoq&x=0&h=1&y=-hivi5g See if that works. If it does, I'll send myself an email then copy it for the other post of my latest project. |

Hey Bill - - that one works - - thanks so much for the pictures - - they are great ! Guess I'll probably not complain any more about our sprinkling of
snow which melted before we got back from church to take a picture of it !!!
The gun pictures are ver good too - - did you make the stocks ?

The gun pics are what I wanted to add to the post "My latest Project" but was unable to. Seems they went through on this one with the snow pics.
Well, what the hay anyway. I purchased stock from a company in Iowa. The were "semi-finished" which means they are formed but have to be fit to the
gun and sanded down, which there is quite a bit of sanding to do, then finished however you want. I like natural wood, I get that from my Dad who was a master
woodworker. He very seldom used any stains to change the color of the wood. I agree with what he used to do. Prior to his passing he had made a lot of wood
furniture items that are still in the family. He loved to make "butcher block" things, like Microwave stands and the like. Anyway, the project took
me about three weeks working off and on to get it done. Sand, do a coat of finish, sand, coat again, etc....
Now I have to wait until the snow melts then the water from it to dry off before I can take it out to shoot it. I did some reloading this weekend while at my son's. We did an archery shoot today and the weather is warming up. In "the Valley" it got up to about 80 degrees today. Quite a change from the 5 degrees we had for several days up here. Later, Bill |
