Has anyone ever had the steroid injections for disk issues?
Sorry I haven't been active lately but have been having back issues and not sleeping well and when awake sorta living on Loratabs. Did the MRI and the
nerve conductivity tests and have a bulging disk at L4-L5. I go in Tuesday for an injection of steroids to attempt to reduce the swelling of the disk.
I told the doc he has till the end of June to have me ready for a 1,000 mile ride to Green Bay, he sorta laughed and said he'd do what he could. I'll
chime in Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning and let you all know how it goes.

Well not sure if it will help or not. Once the numbness wore off
it hurts like everything 
and still have the numbness maybe
even worse than before. The doc said it would take 3-5 days to get the full benifits, we'll see, if it ain't no better I am not doing another one. He
will just have to sharpen his knife. I do not want to pay another $100.00 copay for no help at all.
